As you browse the catalogues on this site, you will see that the enlarged view of each print is accompanied by a “Next” button, positioned at the top right of the image.

Clicking on this button will provide you with the list of formats in which the print is available. Alongside each format is an “Add to basket” button, which will add the format to your chosen purchases.

Selecting original paintings

Should you wish to purchase an original painting from this site, the same process as for prints (see above) applies, with one difference – alongside the enlarged view of the painting is an “Add to basket” button, which will add the painting to your chosen purchases. (This is because an original painting has only one available format, whereas prints can have several!)

Placing your order

You can see what you’ve chosen at any time, by clicking on the “View basket” link in the top right of the screen. This will show what you’ve selected, as well as giving you the opportunity to change quantities and, if you’re happy with your selections, place your order by clicking the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the “View basket” screen.

Firstly, you will be asked to provide your personal details, so that we can contact you and dispatch your order to the correct destination. You are also given the option of asking for the order to be sent to another destination. Please check these details carefully!

Secondly, you will be asked for your payment details. You can pay for your order by credit card directly on this site, and this information will be encrypted for your security. Alternatively, you can place an order on the site and then subsequently send payment by cheque, International Money Order or Postal Order (see below).

Thirdly, your full order, including the items that you’ve chosen, the total cost and your personal and payment details, will be presented to you. This is so that you can check everything before you place the order.

After placing your order

When your order has been received by the website, you will be shown the full order again, so that you can print it out for your records. Additionally, you should also receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

When the order has been processed and dispatched, you should receive another e-mail to tell you that it’s on its way. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems or enquiries.

Credit card payments

You can pay for your order by credit card directly on this site, and this information will be encrypted for your security. Your credit card details will be held securely until the order is processed, at which point they will be removed from our database.

Alternative payment methods

You can also pay by cheque (though it must be drawn on a UK bank account), by International Money Order (in Pounds Sterling), or UK Postal Order.

If you would like to pay this way, select the “Cheque” option on the payment details form and place your order. You will then need to send us payment (which must be in £s/Pound Sterling/GBP) and payable to Crabfish Ltd. Write your order reference and email address on the back of your payment. Only after we have confirmed that your payment has cleared will we dispatch your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques drawn on non-UK accounts (even if they are in Sterling) as the bank charges are just too high.
